We created Cogidyne to have a flag to fly under.

For decades we toiled under leaders that cared not for innovation nor individual contribution.  We learned the ins and outs of industry - the swinging of hammers, the analog dials, the scraped knuckles.  We plodded through engineering programs and learned how to learn how to solve problems.  We unfucked labyrinthian data structures.  And we were rewarded with a complete lack of care or concern with what we did; for anything related to data was considered tertiary to the purposes of industry.  Always auxiliary, we were - no matter how much value we brought forth to the organization.

We grew tired of that.

Obviously.

And thus, we formed this company to map out the work and solutions we would explore and implement were we free from the overarching barriers of leadership's comfort zones, G&A, political posturing, or vendor favoritism.  Now instead of loading our mental cargo on disparate vessels, we have our own ship filled with knowledge and a single flag to fly it under.
